What software do I need to participate?

Any virtual sessions will be presented through WebinarNinja (https://webinarninja.com). It is a browser-based software which means you don’t have to use any other software besides your web browser. You can also attend sessions on mobile devices, both Android and iOS.

What if I can’t watch every presentation as it happens? 

Your ticket includes three months of access to the virtual presentations so you can watch any or all of them at your leisure after the conference. You must buy a conference ticket while registrations are open to have continued access to the presentations, you cannot purchase tickets to view the presentations AFTER the conference has closed.

Why are recordings only available to attendees and only for three months?

Presenters sign a contract allowing RWA the use of their intellectual property (workshop content) for which RWA pays a fee for granting access to attendees. The contracts are for limited use to minimise the cost to RWA and by limiting access to attendees only helps presenters maintain the integrity of the content.

When will virtual presentations be available following the conference?

At the conclusion of the conference (Sunday 15th August), our conference team volunteers will take a well earned day of rest, before sending all the virtual presentations to an external provider to add the closed captioning. Once closed captioning is complete the file is returned to RWA to upload to the RWA YouTube channel. We allow approximately one week for this process to be complete. All registered attendees will be notified via email when the files are available for viewing.
